Zavda was founded in 2006 and is a SDB certified, Service Disabled Veteran owned, and Woman owned small business that offers leading IT management, Intel, and Cyber opportunities in both the private and public sector.  Zavda is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact, globally for access to the Enterprise IT environment. Interacts with IT users to resolve technical issues; responds to queries and completes service requests that originate by phone, web-based portals, email or other methods.

Job Description:

The Help Desk Specialist will provide support to the various end users by managing the ticket system, ensuring tickets are clearly submitted with enough information to allow for the help desk to properly support the end user, and maintain proper metrics of their ticket support to help the stakeholders ensure the best service possible.



Comfortable with Linux system administration, experience with Jira or comparable ticket processing system, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficient in conducting research and documentation



System engineering experience, GIT source view



·        High School Diploma/GED and 9 Years, or

·        Associate’s Degree and 7 Years, or

·        Bachelor’s Degree and 5 Years, or

·        Master’s Degree or Higher and 3 Years, or

·        Doctorate and 1 Year
