Job Description:

Zavda was founded in 2006 and is a SDB certified, Service Disabled Veteran owned, and Woman owned small business that offers leading IT management, Intel, and Cyber opportunities in both the private and public sector.  Zavda is looking for an Information System Security Engineer to work with the engineering team within the Cross-Domain organization.

Job Responsibilities:

The security engineer with work the engineering team that handles internal and customer dataflow requirements,  the security engineering and preparation of that requirement for the development team, works with other teams within the organization to ensure that security requirements are taken into account throughout the lifecycle of a dataflow, and assists with solving mission dataflow problems.

 

Required:

·        9 years of ISSE experience

·        5 years with security design process, defense-in-depth/breadth, engineering life cycle, information domains, principles of IA, and security testing

·        2 years experience with DCID 6/3 and NISCAP documentation process

 

Desired skills:

Prior experience with the Government’s Dataflow Management Request (DMR) process

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related technical field may be substituted for four years of engineering experience)
