Zavda was founded in 2006 and is a SDB certified, Service Disabled Veteran owned, and Woman owned small business that offers leading IT management, Intel, and Cyber opportunities in both the private and public sector.  Zavda is looking for a Help Desk Manger to support the 0600-1400 Shift.

Job Description:  Provides direction and mentoring to service desk team members, interacts with enterprise IT users in order to resolve technical issues, answer queries, and requests for new accounts.

Required:

  • IAT Level 2 Certification (Such as Security+)
  • Experience with VMware Client and remote system administration
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory
  • Experience with Linux command line syntax
  • Experience with network infrastructure

Desired:

  • Splunk and ServiceNow

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 9 Years, or
  • Associate’s Degree and 7 Years, or
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 Years, or
  • Master’s Degree or Higher and 3 Years, or
  • Doctorate and 1 Year
