Job Description:

Serves as the initial point of contact, globally for access to the Enterprise IT environment. Interacts with IT users to resolve technical issues; responds to queries and completes service requests that originate by phone, web-based portals, email or other methods.

Required:

Experience providing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support, proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to customer, outstanding verbal and written communication skills

 

Desired:

Linux system administration experience, experience with Xacta, experience configuring log shippers (Syslog, NxLog), knowledge of Linux commands to perform devops functions, Arcsight, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Splunk, NiFi

 

Education/Experience:

·        High School Diploma/GED and 9 Years, or

·        Associate’s Degree and 7 Years, or

·        Bachelor’s Degree and 5 Years, or

·        Master’s Degree or Higher and 3 Years, or

·        Doctorate and 1 Year
