Job Description:

Zavda was founded in 2006 and is a SDB certified, Service Disabled Veteran owned, and Woman owned small business that offers leading IT management, Intel, and Cyber opportunities in both the private and public sector.  Zavda is looking for an Application Engineer to conduct Adversarial Pursuit activities to detect and respond to Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) and adversarial network activities that evade traditional Computer Network Defense methods within commercial cloud platforms. The Cloud Hunt Specialist will conduct hunt/vulnerability/forensic analysis on hosts, networks, systems, and cloud data repositories.

Required:

  • Experience with Azure Identity and Directory Infrastructure
  • Experience with Azure Applications and Network Controls
  • Experience with HDSF/MapReduce/Pig
  • Red/Blue/Purple Team or Computer Network Defense experience

 

Desired:

  • Microsoft Azure certification (Administrator Associate/ Security Engineer Associate/ Data Scientist Associate) or Microsoft 365 certification (Enterprise Administrator/Security Administrator)

 

Education / Experience:

  • Master’s Degree or Higher and 6 Years
    • Equivalent:
      • High Schol Diploma/GED and 12 Years, or
      • Assciate’s Degree and 10 Years, or
      • Bachelr’s Degree and 8 Years, or
      • Dctorate and 4 Years
