Dr. Stacy Trammell

Dr. Stacy Trammell has served various private and public agencies for more than 19 years, supplying an extensive collection of management and technical support of critical systems and missions. Dr. Trammell organizes, directs and coordinate planning and execution of all program and technical support activities for Zavda. She mentors her subordinates and team members in her role as leader of the company. She manages all costs, schedule and performance for all Zavda contracts. Additionally, Dr. Trammell delegates to subordinates, contractors and subcontractors as necessary. She enforces work standards in her organization. Moreover, she reviews and resolves work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Thus far she has been very successful in leveraging efforts and resources across multiple projects and teams, while ensuring customer satisfaction and program effectiveness and efficiency.
Education & Research
Dr. Trammell possesses a Doctorate of Management from University of Maryland University College (UMUC). Her research includes the identification of The Best Practices of Small IT Services Providers in the Federal Arena. She also has a MS in Information Technology Management degree from UMUC, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, amongst other degrees and certifications.
Background
Dr. Trammell is a Service Disabled Veteran of the United States Air Force. She has significant experience working with a variety of professionals, and managing various technologies. Her recent employment history includes experience as an RF engineer, embedded software engineer, network security engineer, systems engineer, Openview consultant, technical lead, project manager and program manager. In addition, she has managed and led two real estate investment companies for the last several years.
Personal
Stacy is originally from Texas. Her husband of 15 years is also an Air Force veteran. They have two wonderful kids. Stacy's hobbies include entrepreneurism, watching movies, reading, teaching, mentoring, community work, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
