Subject Matter Expert, Levels IV and V:
Develop requirements from a project’s inception to its conclusion for particular IT subject matter area (i.e., simple to complex systems).
Assist other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; life cycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.
Other Requirements:
Knowledge in Cisco VoIP products and technology, CiscoWorks and HP Openview and others.
Extensive experience in ITD operations, implementation, and architecture.
Familiarity with Panavue, Marconi SOD, HP Openview.
Must have experience with configuration management processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Familiarity with OPNET tools.
Experience with Remedy.
Broadway, Konfig, SOD, GEM.
Cisco TACACS.
JN-TCP, CCNA, CCNP, OR CCDP.
Marconi EPN211E.
.NET Advanced Debugger Cert.
Advanced Promina and Promina Debugger Training.
